Write and optimize

Ask the AI to “Create a new note linked to this one with 5 optimized FAQs” and watch the HUB execute commands in real time.

Do I need to register to use the tool?

No. SEO PROOF HUB is immediately usable. Just visit the page and start working. Data is automatically saved in your browser via IndexedDB, with no account or authentication required.

How does AI integration work? Is my data safe?

The HUB connects directly to the API endpoint you configure (such as a local Ollama or LM Studio instance). There are no intermediate servers: communication happens locally between your browser and your machine. If you use third-party cloud APIs, you enter your personal API Key. Your content is never intercepted.

What is the AI’s Agentic Mode?

It’s an advanced feature that allows the AI to interact with the HUB database via Tool Calling. Instead of just generating text, the AI can use 13 dedicated tools to create notes, update SEO metadata, move Kanban states, and link content with full autonomy. For your safety, destructive actions (e.g. deleting notes or projects) always require a confirmation click from you.

Is my content safe?

Absolutely. Everything is stored in IndexedDB, a local database in your browser (W3C standard). We don’t send, read, or store any data on external servers. For added safety, regularly use the JSON backup feature to export your projects.

Can I use the tool on smartphone or tablet?

Yes. The interface is fully responsive and optimized for touch. On mobile, you can manage notes, Kanban, export content, and use fullscreen mode to maximize workspace. The HUB is designed to be usable on any modern device.

How do I export an article for WordPress?

Select the active note, click 📄 Export WP-HTML, and download a clean HTML file with headings, paragraphs, and internal links already formatted according to WordPress best practices. Ready to be copied and pasted into the WordPress block or classic editor, with no reformatting needed.

Can I sync data between devices?

Currently, saving is local to ensure maximum privacy. To transfer data between devices, use 📥 JSON Backup on one device and 📤 Import JSON on the other. We are evaluating optional encrypted sync options for the future, always keeping privacy as the top priority.
